Customizing the desktop wallpaper is often seen as a way to reinforce corporate branding on devices managed by the organization. macOS wallpaper settings allow businesses to ensure that every company-owned device displays the enterprise\u2019s logo or trademark.<\/p>

Administrators can configure the wallpaper with the organization\u2019s logo or any image they choose and apply it to an entire fleet of devices. This customization also allows them to set wallpapers for all users on a device and decide if they should be updated periodically.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Step 1 - Upload the image<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Once in the Applivery dashboard<\/a>, head to the Device Management<\/strong> section and select Assets <\/strong>(1)<\/span>. Then, go to the Images <\/strong>(2)<\/span> tab and click the + Upload Image<\/span> (3)<\/span> button.<\/p>

A modal view will appear, allowing you to upload images in .jpg<\/code> and .png<\/code> formats.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Step 2 - Configure your policy<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

After uploading the image, navigate to the Policies <\/strong>(4)<\/span> section, and choose the policy where you want to apply the wallpaper (or create a new one). Head to the Assets <\/strong>(5)<\/span> section from the left-hand menu, and click the + Add Asset<\/span> button.<\/p>

In the modal view, switch to the Image<\/strong> (6) <\/span>tab, where you can either select the image you uploaded earlier or upload a new one. Then, choose the scope: Primary user, All users, or System.<\/p>

Click the Use recommended location<\/span><\/strong> (7)<\/span> button for a suggested configuration.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
