Employees are defined by an email address that needs no confirmation so you can use real emails or just generic ones to represent legal entities, areas, or spaces.<\/p><p>To create an employee go to <strong>Device Management &gt; Employees<\/strong>\u00a0and click the <span class=\"button-add\">+ Create employee<\/span> button. Fill out the form as follows:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Platform:<\/strong> Choose Windows.<\/li><li><strong>Employee:<\/strong> User that owns the device. You can create a new employee by introducing the email address.<\/li><li><strong>Policy:<\/strong> Choose the policy to apply to the device. You can do so under Device Management &gt; Policies if you haven&#8217;t created it yet. class=\"s1\"><strong>Enrollment Site<\/strong><\/span> or a <span class=\"s1\"><strong>Direct Link<\/strong><\/span> for the enrollment process.<\/p><ul><li class=\"p1\">The <strong><span class=\"s1\">Enrollment Site<\/span><\/strong> is a secure Applivery portal that walks users through the enrollment process step by step.<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Alternatively, the <strong><span class=\"s1\">Direct Link<\/span><\/strong> provides a URL that takes users straight to the enrollment profile\u2014no authentication required.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dfbc738 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"dfbc738\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\">Once you\u2019ve completed the steps described in each option, you\u2019ll need to confirm that the information is correct and click <span class=\"s1\"><strong>Next<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the enrollment process until you see the message <span class=\"s1\"><strong>Setting up your device.<\/strong><\/span> Then, click <span class=\"s1\"><strong>Got it<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
