When this occurs, users may see the message \u201cYour account has been disabled\u201d after waiting and entering the correct password.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7a9da4b elementor-alert-warning elementor-widget elementor-widget-alert\" data-id=\"7a9da4b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"alert.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-alert\" role=\"alert\">\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-alert-title\">Note<\/span>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-alert-description\">Users cannot attempt to enter the password again until the lockout period has fully expired. If the next password entered is incorrect, the lockout duration will increase.\n<br \/>\n<strong>This lockout cannot be removed using any command or script due to macOS security restrictions<\/strong>.\n<br \/>\nHowever, if the lockout period ends and the next password entered is correct, the user will still receive the \u201cYour account has been disabled\u201d message.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3325b98 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3325b98\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>To restore access, you can remotely unlock the affected user account directly from the Applivery dashboard.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e2d6ab9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e2d6ab9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">How to unlock a user account<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4eb98aa elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4eb98aa\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Once in the <a href=\"https:\/\/dashboard.applivery.io\">Applivery dashboard<\/a>, head to the <strong>Device Management<\/strong> section and select <strong>Devices <\/strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">(1)<\/span>.<\/p><p>Search for the Mac using the username, serial number, or device identifier. Once selected, open the <strong>Commands<\/strong> <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">(2) <\/span>tab and click <span class=\"button-add\">+ New command<\/span> <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">(3)<\/span>.<\/p><p>Select <strong>Unlock User Account<\/strong> <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">(4) <\/span>and enter the username that needs to be unlocked, then click <span class=\"button-add\">Send<\/span>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cd50558 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"cd50558\"
