What is Bitrise.io?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Bitrise.io <\/a>\u00a0 is a Mobile Continuous Integration and Delivery system specially designed for iOS and Android native Apps, with dozens of integrations for your favourite services, one of them, of course, is Applivery!<\/p>

Bitrise.io<\/a> will help you automatize the whole development cycle, detecting your commit\/push to your repository and launching builds with specific workflows you can customize as Lego pieces to build, sign, modify, and even deploy your builds automatically.<\/p>

The Applivery Step for Bitrise.io<\/a> will allow you to automatically deploy new versions to your Applivery account in a very simple and fast way. You\u2019ll also take advantage of the contextual information provided by Bitrise and easily jump from Applivery to have a look at each build.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

How does it work?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

First of all, you have to register an account at Bitrise.io<\/a>. Once done, you can start syncing your repositories and start building your Apps.<\/p>

Bitrise.io<\/a> uses Workflows to define what actions should be taken while building a new version of your App. By default, they will create a standard workflow according to the technology of your App.<\/p>

You can place the Applivery Step<\/strong> at the end of your Bitrise.io<\/a> workflow so they will deploy the package of your App to the Applivery account automatically. To do so, just follow the next steps:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Step 1 - Log-in into your Bitrise.io account<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Login into your Bitrise.io account. You\u2019ll see your existing Apps. If you still don\u2019t have one, click the + Add New App<\/strong> button to sync your Bitbucket, GitHub, or GitLab repository, following the instructions.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Step 2 - Edit workflow<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Select the App where you want to integrate Applivery. Once inside, select the Workflow<\/strong> tab.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Step 3 - Add Applivery deploy step<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

That\u2019s all! You\u2019ll be automatically redirected back to Applivery and we\u2019ll start sending notifications to your Slack team immediately.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Once found, click the Add to Workflow<\/strong>\u00a0green button.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Step 4 \u2013 Get you Applivery App Token<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tNow it\u2019s time to link your Bitrise.io App with your Applivery App. To do so, you\u2019ll need the App Token<\/strong> of the target App in Applivery. (Read more about how to get your App Token<\/a>)\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t

Step 5 \u2013 Setup your App Token in the Bitrise project.<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

We are almost done. Now it\u2019s time to paste your Applivery App Token<\/strong> in Bitrise.io<\/p>

Go to the top menu of the Bitrise.io dashboard and select the Secrets<\/strong> menu option. Click the Add New<\/strong>\u00a0button and type APPLIVERY_APP_TOKEN<\/code> in the left side input form and paste your Applivery App Token in the right one and click “Save”.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

And that\u2019s it! Your project is now connected and your Bitrise.io App is pointing to your Applivery App. To test if everything is working properly just go to your Bitrise.io App, click the Start\/Schedule a build<\/b> button, and let the magic happen!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
