For example, with Applivery, you can deploy apps, enforce security policies, and manage endpoints across teams in just a few clicks—whether you’re operating locally or globally.

About the role

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, optimising and scaling the marketing automation infrastructure that drives lead generation, lead nurturing, acquisition and lifecycle marketing. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product and data teams to ensure that our automation workflows align with our GTM strategy and support our growth objectives. You will have hands-on ownership of the HubSpot platform and the orchestration of automation via n8n, ensuring smooth data flows, campaign execution, reporting and continuous improvement.

What you will do

  • Own and administer the HubSpot Marketing Hub (and related hubs) including workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, email campaigns, landing pages, forms, lifecycle stages.

  • Design and build end-to-end automation workflows using n8n to integrate HubSpot with other systems (CRM, product analytics, billing, device management, vendor tools).

  • Map out and optimise the end-to‐end B2B buyer journey: from anonymous website visitor → MQL → SQL → customer onboarding → upsell & retention.

  • Develop and apply lead scoring models, segmentation strategies, nurture streams, re-engagement workflows. (Again, consistent with Marketing Automation Specialist best practices)

  • Collaborate with content, creative and demand-gen teams to build campaign assets (emails, landing pages, CTAs) and ensure they are set up for automation, monitoring and optimisation.

  • Perform data management and hygiene in HubSpot and integrated systems: ensure accurate data flows, property usage, tags, lists, deduplication and segmentation.

  • Monitor, analyse and report on key marketing automation KPIs (MQL → SQL conversion, lead response time, email open/click rates, campaign ROI) and provide recommendations for improvement. (Reporting/analytics responsibilities)

  • Stay up to date on best practices in marketing automation, B2B lead nurturing, RevOps/martech integration, and iterate on the stack accordingly.

  • Train/enable marketing and sales team members on automation workflows, lead hand-off processes, and ensure cross-team alignment.

What you will need

  • 3-5+ years of experience in marketing automation in a B2B SaaS context, preferably with HubSpot as a primary platform.

  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub: setting up workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, email campaigns, landing pages, and reporting.

  • Proven experience building integrations and automation outside of standard UI—preferably experience with n8n, Make, Zapier or similar workflow orchestration tools.

  • Solid understanding of B2B marketing funnels, lead lifecycle (from acquisition to retention), inbound marketing, lead nurturing, and how automation drives growth.

  • Excellent analytical skills: ability to interpret data, derive insights, optimise workflows based on performance metrics.

  • Technical aptitude—comfortable with APIs, webhooks, data flows, CRM integrations and martech stack components.
