About the role

As a Sales Account Executive, you will be a crucial part of our growth engine, responsible for expanding our global footprint. Your mission is to engage with mid-market and enterprise companies worldwide, understand their challenges, and demonstrate how Applivery can solve them.

This role is for someone who is a masterful relationship builder and a sharp, consultative seller. You will manage the entire sales process, from the first conversation to closing the deal, building lasting partnerships along the way.

What you will do

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle for mid-market and large accounts across diverse industries and regions.

  • Partner with our Business Development team to identify and nurture new business opportunities while also prospecting for new accounts on your own.

  • Conduct compelling discovery calls and product demonstrations together with the Sales Engineering team that are tailored to prospect needs and pains.

  • Clearly articulate the Applivery value proposition to a range of stakeholders, from IT Managers to C-level executives.

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed your sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong, empathetic relationships with prospective and existing clients, acting as their trusted advisor.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Success) and external partners to ensure a seamless and successful customer journey.

  • Lead contract negotiations and manage the process to a successful close.

  • Maintain meticulous records of your activities and forecasts in our CRM.

  • Be able to manage your own business and forecast weekly all your deals.

  • Occasionally travel internationally to meet with key clients and strengthen partnerships.

What you will need

  • You have some experience in a B2B sales role (SaaS experience is a plus!), and you’re eager to build a successful career in tech sales.

  • You are a sharp, curious, and quick learner with a natural ability to grasp new concepts, business challenges, and technologies.

  • You excel at listening and understanding customer needs, making the right discovery questions.

  • You are an outstanding communicator, comfortable presenting to various audiences and articulating value clearly and concisely.

  • A true team player and leader, you thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working toward a common goal leading the different teams and partners.

  • You are driven, proactive, and take full ownership of your pipeline and results with a problem-solving mindset.

  • You are fluent in English or any other European language.
