About the role

At Applivery, the growth team is at the forefront of our success, driving key strategies to expand our reach and revenue. We’re looking for a Growth Lead, Paid Media to join our team and lead our web and paid media conversion strategy. This critical role will focus on optimizing our web performance and paid channels to turn high-intent traffic into qualified leads, ensuring we stay ahead in the fast-evolving SaaS landscape.

You’ll own our paid media funnel—from top-of-funnel awareness campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Gartner and G2, through to ABM-targeted prospect acquisition—while maintaining the premium quality and messaging of our brand. What you will do

  • Lead and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Gartner, G2, etc.) to drive lead generation and pipeline acceleration.
  • Develop and manage budget allocation, bidding strategies, and media mix to maximize ROI and meet performance KPIs (CPL, MQLs, ROAS).
  • Design and run conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments across landing pages and user flows to boost conversion efficiency.
  • Build and test audience targeting segments, A/B ad creatives, and messaging tailored to B2B SaaS buyers and ICPs.
  • Partner closely with product marketing, design, website/product, and growth ops to craft aligned landing page experiences, messaging, and attribution models.
  • Establish performance dashboards and reporting systems to track campaign outcomes, funnel metrics, and actionable insights.
  • Stay on the cutting edge of marketing innovation—explore emerging paid channels, ABM tools, automation, and AI-driven optimization strategies.
  • Foster collaboration with agencies or external partners, ensuring campaign execution and alignment with internal goals.
  • Align paid media activities to a full-funnel marketing model (TOFU→MOFU→BOFU), ensuring that paid investments support broader acquisition and convert-ready strategies.

What you will need

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing B2B SaaS paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver data-driven results and ROI, with strong command of performance KPIs (CPL, CTR, conversion rate, MQLs).
  • Proficiency in campaign tools and analytics—e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads Manager, Gartner Ads, GA4, UTM tracking, ABM platforms.
  • Strong skills in landing page optimization, A/B testing, and campaign experimentation to improve conversion outcomes.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration—experience working with teams in marketing, product, design, and growth operations.
  • Passion for experimentation, iterative improvement, and staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
  • Bonus: Experience with ABM, multi-channel attribution modeling, marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive), or SaaS-specific analytics tools.
