Applivery S.L. (“Applivery”, “we”, “us”) develops and operates the Applivery platform, including the Applivery Dashboard, the MDM Portal, the Enterprise Store and the Applivery mobile and desktop agents. This page explains how Applivery accesses, uses, stores, shares, protects and deletes personal data, including data obtained from Google accounts and Google APIs.
This page complements our Privacy Policy, our GDPR commitments and our Customer Data Processing Agreement. When we process data on behalf of our customers, we act as a data processor and follow their instructions.
Google user data we access
Applivery only accesses the Google user data needed for the feature you or your organization enable. We request the minimum scopes required and only after you grant consent.

We do not access Gmail messages, Google Drive files, Google Calendar events, contacts or any other Google Workspace content.
How we use Google user data
We use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing features of the Applivery platform:
- Authentication: to verify your identity and let you sign in to the Applivery Dashboard, the MDM Portal or the Enterprise Store with your Google account.
- Access control: to read Google Workspace group membership so your administrators can decide which users can enroll devices or access specific apps.
- Device enrollment: to associate managed devices with the right user and organization.
- Android Enterprise management: to register your organization with Google and apply the policies your administrators configure.
- Security and support: to prevent fraud, investigate incidents and answer support requests you open.
We do not use Google user data for any purpose other than the ones listed above.
Limited Use and AI/ML
Applivery’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Applivery never uses Google user data for:
- Targeted, personalized, retargeted or interest-based advertising.
- Selling to data brokers or information resellers.
- Determining creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
- Creating databases unrelated to the service.
Applivery does not use Google Workspace APIs or Google user data to develop, improve
or train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Sharing, transfer and disclosure
Applivery does not sell Google user data and does not transfer or disclose it to third parties for purposes other than providing the Applivery service. We only share it in these cases:
- Your organization: administrators of the Applivery workspace you belong to can see your name, email and device assignments.
- Service providers: trusted subprocessors that host or operate our infrastructure, bound by data processing agreements and confidentiality obligations. See our list of subprocessors.
- Legal requirements: when required by applicable law, regulation or a valid legal request.
- Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to the same protections described on this page.
We never share Google user data with advertising platforms, data brokers or information
resellers.
How we protect your data
Security procedures are in place to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of your data, including Google user data.
- Encryption in transit: all communications with Applivery are transmitted over TLS (HTTPS) for all of our services, including connectivity to your installable packages (IPA, APK and other files).
- Encryption at rest: data stored on our systems is encrypted at rest.
- Access control: access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis, with role-based permissions and audit logs.
- OAuth tokens: Google OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and used only to perform the actions you authorized.
- Payment data: credit and debit card purchases are processed by our third-party vendor Stripe. Card data is sent directly to Stripe and is never stored on Applivery systems.

Retention and deletion
We retain personal data, including Google user data, only for as long as needed to provide the Applivery service, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
- Active accounts: data is kept while your user account or your organization’s workspace remains active.
- Closed accounts and workspaces: data is deleted within 7 days after the account or workspace is closed, except where we must keep it to meet legal obligations.
- Backups: deleted data is removed from backups within 30 days.
- Group membership: Google Workspace group information is refreshed at each sign-in or enrollment and is not kept longer than needed for access control.
When the retention period expires, we delete or anonymize the data. You can request deletion of your data at any time by writing to [email protected] or by asking your workspace administrator. You can also export your data as described on our Data Portability page.
Revoking access
You can revoke Applivery’s access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page. Google Workspace administrators can also revoke access from the Google Admin console. Revoking access may stop Google sign-in and group-based access control from working in Applivery.
Changes to this page
We keep this page current. If we change how Applivery accesses, uses, stores or shares Google user data, we will update this page, change the “Last updated” date and notify affected users by email or through the Applivery Dashboard before the change takes effect.
