Applivery, the Spanish AI-powered Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) platform, has appointed Federico Casabianca as Product Lead. Federico brings experience developing B2B SaaS products in areas such as Digital Employee Experience (DEX), gained during his time at Nexthink, and HR Tech, through his work at Erudit.

In his new role, Federico will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the product roadmap, connecting the needs of customers and partners with the development of the platform, and strengthening collaboration between Product, Engineering, and go-to-market teams.

His appointment comes at a new stage in Applivery’s growth. As the platform expands its capabilities and customers manage increasingly complex environments, the company is strengthening its product leadership to establish a clearer roadmap and ensure that each development addresses real challenges faced by IT and cybersecurity teams.

From Nexthink to Applivery: four years in B2B SaaS

Before joining Applivery, Federico spent four years at Nexthink, the Swiss leader in Digital Employee Experience (DEX), where he led the integrations area and worked with customers, partners, and technology teams across international markets, from Europe to the company’s expansion in the United States.

That experience reinforced a conviction he now brings to Applivery: deliberate focus matters more than simply adding more features. Clearly defining which problems a product is designed to solve, and how the platform must evolve to address them in a differentiated way, is critical to building a successful product.

For Applivery, this means bringing device management, cybersecurity, and digital experience together within a coherent proposition, where each new capability responds to a specific need of IT and security teams.

“Applivery has a very strong technology foundation and a clearly defined product direction. My priority is to drive its evolution by accelerating the development of new capabilities, gaining a deeper understanding of our customers’ needs and challenges, and ensuring that the platform remains increasingly simple and intuitive as it grows and expands into new areas. Throughout this journey, artificial intelligence will be embedded natively as a fundamental element, helping our customers navigate an increasingly complex environment with greater ease,” explains Federico Casabianca, Product Lead at Applivery.

“Federico’s appointment reinforces Applivery’s ambition to become the leading platform for device management, bringing the strategic clarity the product needs to scale,” says César Trigo, CEO of Applivery.

Listening to customers to prioritize more effectively

One of Federico’s first priorities will be to strengthen the connection between Applivery’s product roadmap and the feedback received every day by the Customer Success, Support, Sales, and Partner teams.

Organizations are looking to automate operations and enforce security policies across devices distributed internationally. Understanding these different use cases will help Applivery identify the problems with the greatest impact and prioritize development accordingly.

For Federico, a B2B product does not have to be difficult to use. Based on his previous experience, an intuitive user experience can be a meaningful differentiator in a sector where ease of use is still not always treated as a priority.

An AI-native advantage in the UEM market

Applivery operates in a market dominated by platforms built on years of legacy infrastructure, often resulting in complex implementation and adoption processes. In contrast, Applivery’s AI-native architecture provides the foundation for its evolution toward Autonomous Endpoint Management: a model capable of understanding device context, anticipating incidents, and automating responses before they affect security, business operations, or the user experience.

With this new appointment, Applivery strengthens its commitment to building a UEM platform that combines security, automation, and a straightforward management experience, while continuing to advance its vision of Autonomous Endpoint Management.
