What an incredible few days at Tech Show Madrid. The energy at IFEMA was all about convergence. This wasn’t just one conference; it was seven events in one, pulling together over 27,000 attendees to explore everything from Cloud and AI to Cybersecurity, HR & Learning Technologies.
This mix was the real story. For the Applivery team, it was a powerful confirmation of a belief that sits at the core of our platform: the future of tech isn’t about isolated tools, but about how these different functions work in harmony.
The new horizon: a synergy of speed and security
As we moved between sessions and conversations, the most forward-thinking leaders weren’t talking about “IT versus DevOps.” They were talking about “IT and DevOps.”
The conversation has evolved. It’s no longer about a bottleneck; it’s about finding the optimal flow.
-
IT Teams are moving from being “gatekeepers” to “enablers,” looking for smart, secure ways to manage their growing fleets of corporate devices. Their goal is stable, secure control.
-
DevOps & Development Teams are the engine of innovation, looking to accelerate their CI/CD pipelines and ship new app builds faster than ever. Their goal is agile, automated speed.
The opportunity for real hypergrowth lies where these two goals meet. This is exactly why we participated. Applivery is designed to be that common ground—a unifying platform where IT gets the robust UEM control they need, and DevOps gets the seamless app distribution and automation they demand. It’s not a compromise; it’s an acceleration for both.
The human element: our CEO on talent and AI
This synergy doesn’t just happen with tools; it starts with people. That’s why we were so thrilled that our CEO, César Trigo, was invited by Shakers to take the stage at the HR & Learning Technologies Theatre. Their joint talk, “Hybrid talent: the secret to hypergrowth in tech,” connected the human element to the event’s high-tech themes.
He explained that our success and certification as a Great Place to Work® isn’t just a cultural win; it’s our core business strategy. It’s how we build a proactive, motivated team capable of tackling the next wave of technology.

¨It’s a balance. On one hand, we’re using AI internally to be more efficient and grow sustainably. But on the other, cyberthreats are also becoming much more sophisticated with AI. A traditional virus now mutates thanks to AI algorithms. We are implementing AI within our own product… until now, an IT manager had to investigate incidents by clicking around. Now, the goal is for the platform to analyze your entire deployment and made recommendations.”
