Manually managing a fleet of terminals for a strategic client was not an option, since it would be a slow process, prone to errors, and would risk productivity.   • 100% manual process: each device would have to be configured individually—a slow, tedious, and time-consuming task for the technical team.
  • Zero scalability: this handcrafted model would be completely unsustainable as field operations and the number of devices grew.
  • Risk exposure: the company would lack immediate response capabilities to block, locate, or fix terminal issues remotely, jeopardizing both data security and team productivity.

The ability to resolve incidents remotely and, above all, instantly block or wipe a device in case of loss or theft provides total peace of mind.
